PH94 implements two-factor authentication and encourages all players to activate this feature for added security. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

PH94 supports a range of Philippine payment methods to make funding and withdrawing from your account as convenient as possible. Accepted payment channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.
• Deposits are credited to your PH94 account promptly once confirmed by the payment provider.
• PH94 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• PH94 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though GCash and Maya transfers are typically completed within minutes.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• PH94 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending review if fraudulent or irregular activity is suspected.

PH94 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. General rules that apply to all PH94 bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Pesos (₱).
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• PH94 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. PH94 is not able to cancel or modify bets once they have been accepted by the system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH94. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using PH94 to process funds derived from illegal activities, or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one PH94 account, regardless of the purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or sports betting.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or other manipulation of promotion mechanics.
• Unauthorised Commercial Use: Using PH94 content, data, or software for commercial purposes without prior written consent from PH94.
• Underage Gaming: Attempting to register or play on PH94 if you are under 21 years of age.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any PH94 content without prior written permission from PH94. Unauthorised use of PH94 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PH94 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the PH94 platform.

PH94 is specifically not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any gambling losses you incur through normal gameplay.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or other financial institutions.

PH94 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from Philippine gaming authorities.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@ph94.best. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
